WINES
We currently have several different wines available for purchase. We have a Panzon in the 2016 vintage. It is made from the Black Spanish (Lenoir) grape and has been oaked for 12 months in French oak barrels, so it has a smooth, oak finish.
We have a dry,white wine made from the Blanc du Bois grape which has been oaked for 12 months. We call this Blanc that has been oaked, the Bloak.
We also have a sweet, white, dessert wine made from the Blanc du Bois grape called Fatty McButterpants.
Blanc Noir is a different concept for wine because it is a combination of a red and a white wine, fermented separately, and blended together as a semi-sweet wine served chilled!

Papa Gordo Barrel Reserve is our first Port wine made from Lenoir Grapes and fortified with brandy. It is a dessert wine of 20% alc.
Panzon 2017 Barrel Reserve is a version of our red wine with a little extra oak age!
